1. Everything we sell is digital
ProfileToWeb is a software service. We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical goods, and no courier or postal delivery is involved in any order. What you buy is access to the service: a hosted website built from your Google Business Profile, and the features included in the plan you chose.
2. When access is delivered
Access is delivered electronically and activates as soon as your payment is confirmed, which is normally within a few seconds of a successful transaction. Your plan's features become available in your dashboard immediately, and your website can be published from that moment. No waiting period applies.
3. Where it is delivered
Your plan is applied to the account you paid from, and a confirmation is sent to the email address on that account. Your website is served on your ProfileToWeb subdomain straight away, and on your own custom domain once you have pointed its DNS at us and the domain has verified.
4. If something does not arrive
If a payment succeeds but your plan does not activate, it is a technical fault on our side and we will fix it. Write to support@profiletoweb.com with the payment reference from your receipt and we will restore access, or refund the payment under our Refund Policy if we cannot.
5. International customers
Because delivery is electronic, the service is available anywhere we can lawfully offer it, with no shipping charges, customs, or import duties at any point. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees or US Dollars; your bank may apply its own conversion or foreign-transaction charges, which are outside our control.
