Terms of Service
The agreement between you and ProfileToWeb when you use our service. Last updated February 13, 2026.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using ProfileToWeb — a service operated by Mind Vision Software Solutions, 729-A Surya Enclave, Jalandhar, Punjab 144009, India — you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.
2. Use license
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on ProfileToWeb for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.
3. Service description
ProfileToWeb provides website creation and hosting services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.
4. User responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account.
5. Payment terms
Pro plan subscribers will be billed monthly or annually. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.
6. Limitations of liability
In no event shall ProfileToWeb be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our platform.
7. Public showcase
Websites published on the Free plan may be featured on our public showcase and other marketing pages, as part of what the free plan provides in exchange for hosting at no cost. Starter and Pro plan sites are included by default and may opt out at any time from Site Settings.
